Helen Langehanenberg and Damon Hill were the title defenders at the national German championships in Balve and the pair prolonged their title. After a victory in the Grand Prix and the Special they have won the freestyle kur today. The two got 87,40%.
In the kur the silver medal went to Isabell Werth and Don Johnson who got over 83%. The bronze medal was for Fabiënne Lütkemeier. Aboard D’Agostino she showed her new freestyle and scored 79.340%.
