At the first day of CSI Basel in Switzerland it was Belgian Gregory Wathelet who was the best in the 1.55m. class yesterday. Wathelet competed nine year old stallion Conrad (by Con Air).
Pieter Devos, from Belgium as well, was just a bit slower than Wathelet and aboard Belgian bred Dream of India Greenfield (by Gem of India) he finished second. Irish Denis Lynch and All Star (by Argentinus) came third.
