Last Wednesday the second training for the Belgian Young Riders has taken place at the Anky Education Center in Erp, The Netherlands. Triple Olympic champion Anky van Grunsven trained all riders individually and all talents got a mental training by Jan Dierens as well.
Anky was satisfied about her Belgian students as they all had made a lot of progress. Anky gave them tips and advises to train at home. The next training will be in preparation for CDIO Saumur in France.
