The German dressage championship was one of the qualifiers for the German team members. At the end of April the German federation and chef d'équipe Monica Theodorescu had decided that Helen Langehanenberg and Damon Hill, second in the world cup final, did not have to compete at this championship. The duo has proven to be in top form. Now again Damon Hill gets dispensation and he will not be competed at the first observation in Perl-Borg (Germany, June 26-29).
